Product details
The Evanston attaches directly to the house, which puts covered space right outside a back door instead of out in the middle of the yard. Its louvered roof adjusts with an included wand, opening to let sun through the slats or closing for full shade and weather protection.
Water that lands on a closed roof runs through a built-in drainage system into downspouts integrated into the posts. The steel is galvanized and powder-coated in black, resistant to rust and corrosion and maintenance free once it is up. Pro-Tect testing rates this size to 3,100 pounds of snow load and 100 mph winds. A patented PowerPort adds three electrical outlets and three USB ports, and the BILT app guides assembly of the ready-to-assemble kit.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
