Product details
Mounted to the wall of the house, the 18x10 Evanston runs long and shallow, a shape that suits a table or a row of chairs set parallel to the back of the building. The louvered roof tilts with the included wand, open for sun through the slats or closed for full shade and weather protection.
Rain that hits the closed roof is carried through a built-in drainage system into downspouts integrated into the posts. Galvanized steel with a black powder-coat resists rust and corrosion and needs no upkeep. Pro-Tect testing puts this size at 3,300 pounds of snow load and 100 mph winds. The patented PowerPort brings three electrical outlets and three USB ports within reach, and the BILT app guides the build.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
