Product details
Pro-Tect testing puts the 18x10 Sarasota at 3,300 pounds of roof weight and 100 mph wind speeds, with powder-coated steel posts and anchoring plates holding it in place. The louvers above adjust from filtered light through the slats to closed shade and weather protection.
All of the steel is galvanized and powder-coated black, so there is no rust, no corrosion and nothing to repaint. Rainwater collects in an integrated drainage system that runs down through the posts, and gutter guards stop debris from clogging the path. The patented PowerPort supplies three electrical outlets and USB ports for lighting and devices. The kit is ready to assemble with BILT app guidance and comes with a 5-year warranty.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
