Product details
Widest of the Sarasota sizes, the 20x10 is rated by Pro-Tect testing to 3,800 pounds of roof weight and 100 mph wind speeds, the highest figures in the line. Its louvers open to let filtered sun through and close for shade and weather protection, and the posts and anchoring plates holding it are powder-coated steel.
The frame is 100 percent galvanized powder-coated steel, rust and corrosion resistant, with nothing to maintain. An integrated drainage system routes rainwater into downspouts in the posts, and gutter guards keep debris out of them. The patented PowerPort adds three electrical outlets and USB ports. The kit assembles with BILT app instructions and is covered by a 5-year warranty.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
