Product details
A temperature-activated hinge does the thinking on the Aggie: the lid opens on its own when the box gets too hot and closes again as temperatures drop, holding growing conditions steady while you are elsewhere. The lid panels are double-wall polycarbonate, passing light through while insulating what is underneath. The box is solid cedar on powder-coated steel legs, with hardware chosen to resist rust. Wide bottom slats and a heavy-duty mesh liner drain water away so roots develop properly. It combines a raised garden planter with cold frame protection in a compact footprint, which suits small yards and patios, and it can be positioned wherever the light is best. Parts arrive pre-cut and pre-drilled, and it carries a 5-year warranty. Use it to start seedlings early in spring and keep growing through winter.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
