Open-fire cooking over wood or charcoal, built around the Argentine asado tradition. The heavy-duty steel grates adjust to several heights, so you can drop them near the coals to sear or raise them away for slow cooking. A stainless-steel clamp locks into seven positions and rotates a full 360 degrees, and S-hooks let you hang sausages or ribs above the fire when the grates are full. Refractory fire bricks and ceramic fire blanket insulation hold heat in the chamber, while the brasero firebox infuses the food with the rich, smoky flavor that defines Argentine grilling. The body is 12-gauge powder-coated steel with an acacia wood side table and handles, and a lower rack stores firewood and supplies. A coal shovel is included.
