The larger of the two Crown Pellet models, with a main grate of 3,613 sq cm that comes to 5,161 sq cm in total once the rack is counted.
Cast iron grids sit over a body of 1.5 mm steel, and the 18 lb hopper keeps fuel moving through long cooks. A digital controller with WiFi and Bluetooth holds the target temperature and can be adjusted from a phone, over a range that starts at smoking heat and climbs to searing heat. Roasting and baking happen in the same chamber.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
