This one sits at the heavy end of the Ultima range. An 852cc Kawasaki FX801 V-twin OHV engine, rated 25.5 HP, turns a 60-inch AeroForce Max deck built from 10-gauge reinforced steel, with low-maintenance spindles and three smooth-arc blades under a deep dome.
Dual hydrostatic rear-wheel transmissions are good for 9 mph forward and 3.5 mph in reverse, so wide open sections go by quickly. The frame is 1.5-by-3-inch tubular steel, stiff enough for the deck width while leaving routine service points reachable.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
