Product details
The HL9K-PRO series is the upgraded four-post platform in the Halo range, built around a wrap-around cross-beam that keeps the carriages captive on the posts so a lock cannot skip or disengage mid-travel. The posts themselves are boxed structural steel with laser-cut lock notches.
Safety comes in three parts: 3/4-inch locks that engage together at every 4-inch notch, secondary cable tension locks at all four corners, and cable keeps that hold the cables on their pulleys. A single manual handle releases all four locks at once, with no air compressor involved. The motor mounts at three different angles for a flush fit against a wall, the steel drive-up ramps stay light enough to move by hand, and post-mounted casters make relocation practical.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
