The Lightning Ridge from Backyard Discovery puts a raised deck under a peak roof, with open windows, a steering wheel and a toy telescope for kids who want to turn the platform into a ship or a lookout. There are two ways up. A rock wall with 12 holds gives climbers something to work at, and a wide flat-step ladder gives younger children a direct route. A 10-foot wave slide runs back to the ground, and two belt swings hang alongside.
The space beneath the deck is shaded and ready to become a sandbox, though sand is not included. The set is cedar and arrives with pre-cut, pre-drilled and pre-stained pieces, with assembly guided through the BILT app. A 5-year warranty covers it.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
