Rated at 120,000 BTU, this condensing tankless unit pulls extra heat out of the exhaust before it leaves the cabinet, which drops flue temperatures far enough to allow SCH 40 2-inch venting out to 75 feet. Two stainless steel heat exchangers handle the transfer, and NOx emissions are held to 20 ppm.

A half-inch gas line will feed it at runs up to 24 feet, and the gas system converts in the field. Controls are the EZNav multi-line panel with a built-in HotButton. Up to 32 units cascade together and up to 12 share a common vent. The box holds a wall mounting bracket, four tapping screws and anchors, two vent terminators, and four wall flanges. Residential warranty: one year labor, three years parts, five years heat exchanger.
