Product details

Output here is 180,000 BTU, a step up from the 180 series for households drawing on several fixtures at once. Condensing operation recovers heat that a standard water heater loses through the flue, and the lower exhaust temperature allows SCH 40 2-inch venting out to 75 feet.

Two stainless steel heat exchangers carry the load, NOx stays at 20 ppm, and a half-inch gas pipe will serve runs to 24 feet. The EZNav multi-line panel and a built-in HotButton handle control. Up to 32 units cascade and up to 12 common vent. In the carton: conversion kit, wall mounting bracket, four tapping screws and anchors, two 2-inch vent termination caps, four 2-inch wall flanges. Residential warranty is one year labor, five years parts, fifteen years heat exchanger.
