Everything needed to start lifting arrives together: the 5,000 lb frames, a hydraulic power unit in either 110V or 12V form, quick-connect hoses, adjustable lift blocks and an accessory kit that adds pads for reaching awkward pinch points.
The lift itself raises a car, SUV or light truck in under 30 seconds under push-button control, and a multi-position locking system holds the height while brakes, tires or an oil change get attention. Nothing bolts to the floor, so the frames go back on a shelf or against the wall between jobs, which suits a home garage or a mobile setup better than jack stands do.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
