Product details
A raised clubhouse anchors the Rosewood Falls, with a peak roof, bay windows, and a crow's nest above it where a toy telescope is mounted. A wave slide runs down from the clubhouse deck, a rock wall gives kids a way back up, and monkey bars span the frame for crossing hand over hand.
Underneath the clubhouse, a lower-level playhouse holds a play kitchen with a toy stovetop, sink, and cookware set, along with a working half-door and a mounted chalkboard. The swing beam carries two classic belt swings and a web disc swing. The set is built from cedar in a light brown stain and arrives ready to assemble, with guided instructions in the BILT® app.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
