Gas on top, electricity below. Six sealed Italian hand-cast burners run from 1,000 to 18,000 BTU, covering a low simmer through a hard sear, while the electric convection oven holds an even temperature for baking. Oven capacity is 4.6 cubic feet and takes pans up to 27 inches wide.
The DuraSnow stainless finish resists fingerprints, and the hand-finished porcelain cooktop with its single-piece cast iron grate wipes down in one pass. Inside, triple-layered glass and an aluminum mesh seal hold heat, dual lighting and ball-bearing racks make the cavity easy to work in, and StayPut hinges steady the door. Height adjusts between 36 and 38.5 inches, and an LP conversion kit is included for professional installation.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
