Product details
Backyard Discovery builds the Norwood from 100% cedar and tops it with a 29-gauge galvanized steel roof that resists corrosion and dents. Black steel accents run against the wood, and the peak roof design throws shade underneath while shedding weather off the top.
Pro-Tect testing puts this 10x10 at 5,600 pounds of roof weight and 100 mph wind speeds, so it is rated for seasons rather than for fair weather alone.
Power comes from the PowerPort, three electrical outlets and three USB ports set into the structure, enough for lighting or a speaker without running a cord out from the house. The kit arrives pre-cut and pre-drilled with the stain applied, and the BILT app supplies step-by-step assembly guidance.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
