Product details
Stepping up to 12x10 raises the Barrington's rating with it. Pro-Tect testing has this size holding 6,500 pounds, or 30 inches of snow, and standing up to 100 mph winds.
Over the top is a heavy-gauge galvanized steel hip roof, which takes the rain, snow and sun off whatever is beneath it. The cedar frame underneath resists rot and decay, and Backyard Discovery ships it pre-stained so the finish is done before the first piece goes up.
PowerPort outlets and USB ports are built in for music, device charging or ambient lighting. The footprint takes furniture without feeling tight, whether the gazebo ends up a private retreat or the place the party moves to. Pre-cut and pre-drilled parts and the interactive BILT app carry the assembly.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
