Product details
Parking a car, truck, or boat under permanent cover is the main job of the 20x12 Kingsport, and the same bay works as covered storage for outdoor equipment. The frame is 100% cedar and the roof is 29-gauge galvanized steel, sloped so water runs off instead of collecting, and resistant to corrosion. Its black finish and clean lines read modern rather than rustic. Pro-Tect testing rates the roof load at 12,500 pounds and the structure at 100 mph winds, which is what makes it a shelter you can leave a vehicle under year-round. The patented PowerPort puts three electrical outlets and three USB ports within reach for a work light, a charger, or power tools. Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
