Product details
Pro-Tect testing rates the 20x20 Kingsport to a roof load of 20,800 pounds and wind speeds of up to 100 mph. The structure is 100% cedar under a 29-gauge galvanized steel roof, sloped to keep water from pooling and finished in black for a cleaner, more modern line than most timber shelters. Cars, boats, and trucks all fit beneath it, and the covered area doubles as storage for mowers and other outdoor equipment. Three electrical outlets and three USB ports come from the patented PowerPort, useful for a work light or a charger at the far end of the driveway. The wooden carport kit ships ready to assemble, with guided instructions in the interactive BILT app.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
