Wood pellets and gas feed one cookbox here, covering an afternoon of slow smoke and an evening of fast, hot cooking on the same machine. Five Dual-Tube burners in stainless steel rate 45,000 BTU together, under a main grate of 3,677 sq cm that reaches 5,032 sq cm with the stainless rack above.
The 8 mm stainless rods bank enough heat to mark a full load without stalling. Fat lands on full-coverage Flav-R-Wave panels rather than the tubes below, an infrared side burner at 10,000 BTU handles the finishing sear, and a rear burner at 15,000 BTU turns the rotisserie supplied with it. Sensi-Touch Linear-Flow valves, a Therma-Cast aluminum cookbox, drop-down stainless shelves and blue LED knobs finish the matte black build.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
