Rotisserie is what marks this four-burner out from the rest of the cart range: a rear burner of 15,000 BTU and the spit kit arrive together, ready for whole birds and boned joints.
Its four stainless Dual-Tube burners rate 40,000 BTU together, under a main grate of 2,865 sq cm that reaches 4,155 sq cm once the warming rack is counted. Cast iron grids reverse between a searing face and a basting face, the stainless Flav-R-Wave shield catches fat short of the tubes, and a side burner at 10,000 BTU deals with sauces. Sure-Lite ignition and Linear-Flow valves control the heat.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
