Premium Heritage Argentine BBQ Grill

The Heritage is Backyard Discovery's Argentine-style grill for cooking over wood, charcoal, or both. Its steel grates raise and lower to several heights, so the food can sit close to the coals for searing or well above them for a slower cook, and S-hooks along the frame hold sausages and ribs over the fire.

Refractory fire bricks and a ceramic fire blanket insulate the firebox and keep the temperature steady, while the open-fire design puts wood smoke directly on what you are cooking. Construction is 12-gauge powder-coated steel with an acacia wood side table and handles. Firewood and supplies go on the lower rack, and a coal shovel comes with it.
