Product details

Argentine grilling over an open fire is what the Timber Rock cook station is built around. Adjustable stainless steel grates and S-hooks let you raise, lower, or hang different cuts depending on how fast you want them to cook, and the open-fire design leaves a large working surface for slow roasting. Firebrick and ceramic-lined walls behind powder-coated steel hold heat steady through a long cook.

The station is solid cedar and powder-coated galvanized steel, chosen to resist rust, dents, and corrosion outdoors. Quartz countertops give you room to prep and plate, and drawers plus open storage below keep wood, tools, and accessories in order. The cantilever roof uses Pro-Tect tested construction rated to withstand up to 2,150 pounds of snow load and 100 mph winds.
