This is the 14x10 version of the Barrington, a cedar gazebo under a heavy-gauge galvanized steel hip roof that handles rain and snow and cuts direct sun. The rectangular footprint suits a long table or a full seating group.
Pro-Tect™ testing rates it to 7,600 pounds, or 30 inches of snow, along with 100 mph winds. The cedar frame arrives pre-stained and resists rot and decay without help. PowerPort™ electrical outlets and USB ports are built in, so lighting, music, and charging are all covered inside the structure. Components come pre-cut, pre-stained, and pre-drilled, and the interactive BILT® app provides step-by-step guidance through the build.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
