Product details
Galvanized steel framing under a powder-coated finish, with a gable roof pitched over a 14 by 14 foot footprint. Range builds the Lancaster with thicker, stronger steel profiles than conventional gazebos use, and it shows in how the structure sits: squared off, visually heavy, closer to architecture than to a seasonal cover.
The steel roof is engineered for demanding climates and performs through high winds, heavy snow, and year-round exposure, so it stays up through winter rather than coming down each fall. At 14 by 14 this is the smallest of the three Lancaster sizes, which makes it the one to look at when the gazebo has to sit near the house or fit an existing patio outline.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
