Product details
The largest Lancaster at 18 by 14 feet, sharing the galvanized steel construction and powder-coated finish of the two smaller sizes. Length is where the extra footprint goes, giving you a long uninterrupted run under one gable roof.
Steel profiles are thicker and stronger than what conventional gazebos are built with, so the frame carries real architectural weight. The roof is engineered for demanding climates and holds up under high winds, heavy snow, and year-round exposure. Detailing throughout is deliberate, aimed at a structure that looks like it belongs where it stands rather than one dropped into the yard.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
