Product details
The 24x12 Arcadia carries a Pro-Tect tested roof load of 14,800 pounds and a 100 mph wind rating, with a sloped galvanized steel roof that keeps water from pooling and resists corrosion. Cedar framing gives the gazebo natural resistance to rot and decay and the rustic character that goes with the wood. Its footprint leaves room for a dining set or a lounge arrangement plus decor, without losing the open feel of a gazebo. Charging, lighting, and music run off the exclusive PowerPort, which includes three electrical outlets and USB ports. Assembly uses pre-cut, pre-drilled, and pre-stained pieces, so the parts line up as they should when the frame goes together.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
