Product details
The 29-gauge galvanized steel roof on the 24x12 Norwood resists corrosion and dents, and its peaked shape sheds weather while casting shade across the footprint. Pro-Tect testing rates the structure to 15,900 pounds of roof weight and wind speeds up to 100 mph. The frame is 100% cedar, finished with black steel accents that give it a more considered look than plain timber. Three electrical outlets and three USB ports are built in through the exclusive PowerPort, so lighting and speakers do not need a length of extension cord. The kit is pre-cut, pre-drilled, and pre-stained, and the interactive BILT app walks through each assembly step.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
