Product details
Snow load is the Barrington's headline number. Its heavy-gauge galvanized steel hip roof is Pro-Tect tested to 8,800 pounds, or roughly 30 inches of snow, and the structure is rated for winds up to 100 mph. That same roof handles rain and keeps direct sun off the space underneath the rest of the year.
The frame is cedar, resistant to rot and decay, and it ships pre-stained so no finishing work waits at the end of the build. A PowerPort adds electrical outlets and USB ports for lamps, a speaker or a phone charger. Boards come pre-cut and pre-drilled, and the BILT app provides step-by-step assembly guidance on screen.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
