iQue control does the watching on this cart model. The grill tracks its own temperature and trims the burners to hold it, whether the target is smoking heat, roasting heat or full rotisserie heat, and it reports to a phone by WiFi or Bluetooth.
Five stainless Dual-Tube burners rate 55,000 BTU together, over a main grate of 4,032 sq cm that reaches 5,645 sq cm with the rack. Grids in professional cast stainless steel run above a stainless Flav-R-Wave shield, a side burner of 13,000 BTU takes pans and sauces, and a rear burner of 15,000 BTU turns the rotisserie supplied.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
