Six stainless Dual-Tube burners rate a combined 60,000 BTU, and the cookbox is divided into two ovens that run independently, so a slow roast on one side does not dictate the heat on the other. Professional cast stainless grids sit above a stainless Flav-R-Wave system, with a 13,000 BTU side burner and a 15,000 BTU rear rotisserie burner whose kit is included.
This model is built to drop into a masonry or framed island rather than stand on a cart, leaving only the hood and control panel visible once installed. iQue controls connect over WiFi and Bluetooth, holding a set temperature and reporting it to a phone, which suits long cooks better than constant knob watching.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
