Product details
Flat-plate cooking suits everything that would drop through a grate: scallops, sliced onions, eggs, thin steaks. Three round cast burners fire under a double-wall enameled plate, which keeps heat inside the plate and spreads it out instead of concentrating it over each flame. Temperature adjusts across roughly 300F to 680F.
The body is coated galvanized steel and the burners are 7mm cast iron. Raised edges keep splatter contained, the enamel is certified for food contact, and the plate joins the frame without gaps that trap grease. Electronic ignition lights it one-handed, a thermocouple shuts off the gas if the flame dies, and a soft-closing lid is offered as an option. The burners carry a 10-year warranty.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
