Product details
Cast enameled plate in place of grill bars means juices stay on the surface and flare-ups never get started. Three round burners bring the plate up quickly, and its double-wall construction traps that heat rather than letting it escape under the frame. The dial covers roughly 300F to 680F.
Stainless steel with a marine finish handles coastal damp and ordinary weather, while 7mm cast iron burners give the fire side some mass. High edges block splatter, the enamel meets food-contact standards, and the scratch-resistant surface takes a metal spatula without marking. Electronic one-hand ignition lights it, thermocouple protection cuts the gas if a burner goes out, and the burners are warranted for 10 years. Made in France.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
