Product details
Sized around the grill first: the space takes units up to 80 inches wide with room left over for a bar cart and whatever else the cooking end needs. The frame is cedar, the roof is heavy-duty galvanized steel, and the hardware is finished in black.
Pro-Tect testing puts the structure at 4,700 pounds of roof weight and wind gusts up to 100 mph, which is the figure to check against your own conditions.
Two powder-coated steel bar tops mount at either standard counter height or raised bar height, so the same gazebo can be set for prep work or for people standing around with a drink. The patented PowerPort supplies three electrical outlets and three USB ports, enough for cooking accessories, lighting or music.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
