Product details
The Pro is the larger member of the second-generation Koda family, with more than 18 inches of cooking area and a stone that measures 21 inches across the front and 18 inches at the rear. That extra width leaves room for bigger pizzas as well as pans and cast iron.
Heat comes from G2 Gas Technology, a tapered flame burner that evens out stone temperature and brings it back up quickly between bakes. The Ooni Connect Digital Temperature Hub is included, so stone temperature can be tracked rather than guessed. Top temperature is 500C, quick enough for a pizza in roughly 60 seconds. Two finishes are offered, Foundry Black and Slate Blue.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
