Product details
Weber's Genesis line dates to 1985, and the current generation is the first full redesign of the series in 37 years. This black-finish model belongs to that generation and is built on the cooking system Weber has refined across more than 65 years of making grills.
The Infinity ignition system is the clearest change. It was engineered over several years of development to light on the first attempt rather than asking for a second try on a cold morning. The rest of the design follows the same brief, with components chosen for straightforward handling and predictable results across the cooking surface.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
