Stainless steel runs through this Spirit Premium, from the shroud, which will not fade, peel or rust, to the cooking grates, which hold heat well and wipe down quickly. The control panel has moved to the front, and two work tables flank a cookbox with space for a 10 kg turkey, or for meat and vegetables at the same time.
The adaptable Gourmet BBQ System grate arrives as two stainless sections of 30 by 44 cm with a 30 cm central aperture for accessories. Electronic ignition lights tapered burners that keep gas flow even front to back, and Flavorizer bars handle drippings above the grease management system.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
