Weber reworked this model in stainless steel throughout, and the choice shows in how it wears: the shroud does not fade, peel or rust, and the stainless grates retain heat and clean up quickly. Controls sit on the front panel, with two spacious work tables either side.
The cook box handles a 10 kg turkey, or a mix of roasting meat and vegetables. Its Gourmet BBQ System grate is stainless as well, two sections of 30 by 44 cm with a 30 cm opening at the centre for accessories. Electronic ignition, tapered high performance burners and Flavorizer bars above the grease management system complete the setup.

Arrived early and packed properly
Ordered on a Thursday and it was on a pallet outside my garage Monday morning. Every board was numbered and the hardware came in labelled bags, so we did not have to guess at anything. Two of us had it standing by Sunday afternoon.
Lumber quality is genuinely good
I have built two of these from other brands and returned one for warped boards. Not a single warped piece in this kit. The kids have been on it every day since we finished it.
Correct weight, factory sealed, clean invoice
Ordered Thursday, on the truck Friday. Cylinder was sealed and the weight was exactly right. The invoice had everything my bookkeeper needed, which is more than I can say for the supplier I was using before.
